Talentank hires in eleven countries and had eleven versions of its own brand doing it. We designed and built one site that carries all of them: shared structure, local content, and a voice that stays recognisable in every language it is written in.

Concepts

The concept phase was mostly a naming exercise. Before anything could be shared, the eleven teams had to agree what a role, a location and a team page actually were -- which took longer than the design did and saved more time than it cost.

What came out of it is a site where a new market launches by filling in content, not by commissioning a design. The eleventh took four days.
